Demetria Costanas has decided she must end her five-month extra-marital affair with fellow Christian college professor Zach Archer. But when she goes to tell him that it’s over, someone photographs them together and delivers the pictures both to the president of their university and to her husband. With her life spiraling out of control, Demetria begins to meet with psychologist Sullivan Crisp, an unusual therapist who believes more in game show theology than in preaching platitudes. But as Sully jolts her preconceived notions of how to view life, she finds herself on a journey of healing that stars with a handful of stones, and launches Sully on a journey of his own. Both they and everyone they touch learns the meaning of forgiveness.
